Laundry InSourcing
Under an InSourcing Agreement, Anderson Textile Services “ATS” will offer to operate hotels or resorts laundry, valet, and uniform distribution departments, “collectively Laundry” at a guaranteed Cost per occupied room or in certain situations cost per pound. From its fees, ATS will pay all operating expenses, including payroll, fringe and taxes, supplies, equipment repair and maintenance, utilities and, administrative costs.
Laundry Facility Management
As Facility Managers, we assume the management responsibility for operating the laundry. As such, we assign one of our team to serve as the full-time Manager of the laundry. Our manager must meet the approval of our clients and, upon acceptance assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the financial and operational aspects of the laundry.
