Linen utilization

ATS works directly with our partners to understand the value, lifespan and required leadership to ensure an efficient linen management program. ATS executives have assisted large healthcare facilities reduce annual linen replacement expenses by more than $1 million per year in multiple facilities through improved purchasing strategies, inventory storage and control and process flow accountability.

Energy Management

Below are examples showing delivered actual usage savings in facilities we were engaged in. Our analysis and extensive historical benchmarking data enable us to find opportunities and strategies to implement in any size property with minimal cost and rapid returns on investment.

After 3 years of energy costs higher than manufacturer specifications, our client hired us to analyze and lower costs in their facility. Upon reviewing their data, conducting our analysis and implementing our repair and mediation programs their water consumption was incrementally reduced eventually by more than 1 gallon of water for every pound of linen produced in the facility. As a direct result of our management, the facility lowered its energy costs by more than $0.04 per pound; a direct return on savings that was provided with minimal investment and yielded a return of less than 2 months.
