ATS establishes internal benchmarks and targets for customer service. We review and optimize washing and drycleaning chemistry, and formulations. We advise on procedures for culling items damaged or stained beyond reclamation; finishing (ironing, folding, pressing, and packaging); purchase specifications (selecting the right vendor/partner); and customer satisfaction.

Determination of whether to repair or replace; procurement programs (prepare Request for Proposals, specifications, evaluate bids, and offer recommendations; evaluate repair and maintenance services programs; suggest parts inventory, alternate sourcing for parts; and value engineering.

Program and design renovation or new construction projects for all types and sizes of laundry facilities.

Conduct a review of the physical plant and recommend utility conservation, reclamation, cost containment and remediation using current and new technologies and resources.
